Effective at the open, Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, trading in Allante Resources Ltd.'s shares will resume.

Further to the company's news release dated Sept. 30, 2014, the company has elected to terminate the share exchange agreement disclosed in the news release dated May 15, 2014.

Accordingly, the qualifying transaction that was the subject of the company's filing statement posted on SEDAR on March 28, 2014, has been withdrawn.
