The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a term sheet dated Nov. 11, 2012, between Atlantis Systems Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary and Century Services Inc. for a secured tax credit facility for up to $2-million. Century Services will receive a non-refundable processing fee of $10,000 upon execution of the term sheet, a non-refundable facility fee of $50,000 in connection with the closing of the credit facility and a work fee of $750 per draw under the facility. Century Services is at arm's length to the company.
