ARCTURUS ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Arcturus Growthstar Technologies Inc. intends to settle outstanding indebtedness of $21,000 owing to a director of the company through the issuance of 420,000 common shares of the company at a deemed price of five cents per share. The shares, when issued, will be subject to a four-month hold period. The issuance of the shares is subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
