ARIAN SILVER CORPORATION - DIRECTORATE CHANGE - CLARIFICATION

The effective date of the resignation of Oliver Rodz and David Laing was Aug. 28, 2015, following which the remaining members of the Arian Silver Corp. board approved the company's quarterly financial statements and MD&A (management's discussion and analysis).

The board would like to thank Mr. Rodz and Mr. Laing for their past service, and to recognize their valuable contribution to the development of the company.
