ALARIS ROYALTY CORP. DECLARES OCTOBER 2014 DIVIDEND

The board of directors of Alaris Royalty Corp. has declared a dividend of 12.5 cents per common share for the month of October, 2014, representing $1.50 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on Nov. 17, 2014, to shareholders of record on Oct. 31, 2014. The ex dividend date is Oct. 29, 2014.

This dividend is designated by the corporation to be an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any similar provincial or territorial legislation. An enhanced dividend tax credit applies to eligible dividends paid to Canadian residents.
