ALARIS ROYALTY CORP. DECLARES APRIL DIVIDEND

Alaris Royalty Corp. has declared a dividend of 12 cents per common share, representing $1.44 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on April 30, 2014. The ex dividend date is April 28, 2014.

This dividend is designated by the corporation to be an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any similar provincial or territorial legislation. An enhanced dividend tax credit applies to eligible dividends paid to Canadian residents.
