AGELLAN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES JULY 2014 MONTHLY DISTRIBUTION AND ANNOUNCES TIMING OF ITS SECOND QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL

Agellan Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of 6.458 cents per unit for the month of July, 2014, representing 77.5 cents per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on Aug. 15, 2014, to unitholders of record as at July 31, 2014.

Agellan offers a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP) to unitholders, whereby the participants may elect to have their cash distributions used to purchase trust units of the REIT and will also receive a bonus distribution of units equal in value to 3 per cent of each distribution. Unitholders wishing to participate should contact their investment advisers to enroll in the DRIP.

Additionally, Agellan announced today that it will hold a conference call to discuss the REIT's financial performance for the period ended June 30, 2014, on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at 2 p.m. EST. The results will be released prior to the call.
