The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a brokered private placement for Abcourt Mines Inc. announced on Aug. 24, 2012:

Number of shares:  1,742,000 Class B common shares

Purchase price:  10 cents per Class B common share

Warrants:  871,000 warrants to purchase 871,000 Class B common shares

Warrants exercise price:  14 cents during the first year following the closing date of the private placement and 16 cents during the second year following the closing date of the private placement

Insiders:  Renaud Hinse 590,000; Normand Hinse 126,000; Marc Filion 90,000

The company has confirmed the closing of the above-mentioned private placement by way of press release dated Oct. 2, 2012.
