The office of the secretary of the Ontario Securities Commission has issued a notice of hearing pursuant to subsections 127(1) and 127(10) of the Securities Act, setting the matter down to be heard on July 22, 2015, at 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held in the above-named matter. The hearing will be held at the offices of the commission at 20 Queen St. West, 17th floor, Toronto, Ont.
