The TSX Venture Exchange fell 3.04 points to 520.43 Tuesday. Darren Stark's halted capital pool shell, Anchor Capital Corp. (ANC), plans to acquire Clip Interactive LLC for its qualifying transaction. The shell will roll back 1 for 7, leaving it with 787,714 postconsolidated shares, then issue 34,995,781 postconsolidated shares to the holders of Clip.

The target has developed an app called Clip Radio that allows users to interact with radio broadcasts. First, a user launches the app on his Apple or Android mobile phone or tablet. He then selects a live feed from a list of nearby radio stations. The feed would match a station's live broadcast. When the station plays music, a user can click on links on the app to learn more about the song and its singer. If the station holds a contest or a survey, the user can load and fill in the relevant form through the app. Users can also click links to find more information on products featured in radio programs. They can get virtual discount coupons from advertisers, then use those coupons at local stores. The Clip Radio app collects user data, such as demographics, and provides those to radio stations to help them with future advertising. Currently, Clip Radio works only in Portland and San Diego, but Clip Interactive has also developed individual apps for 142 radio stations across the United States. The individual radio station apps have the same features as Clip Radio.
