The TSX Venture Exchange rose a fraction to 521.99 Friday, ending the week up 1.34 points. Conrad Clemiss's halted shell, Apple Capital Inc. (ALE), plans to roll back 1 for 6, regardless of whether it closes its acquisition of interactive media technology developer YDreams Brazil SA. The rollback will leave the shell with 2,547,530 postconsolidated shares. To acquire its target, Apple will issue 55 million postconsolidated shares to the holders of YDreams Brazil, and change its name to YDreams International SA or YDreams Global Interactive Technologies Inc. The resulting issuer's board will include two nominees of Apple, two nominees of YDreams Brazil and one independent director.

YDreams Brazil was formed in 2007, and has offices in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. It designs interactive media spaces, such as the inside of the Bohemia Brewery museum in Petropolis, Rio de Janeiro. The museum has touch-screen kiosks, as well as touch-screen wall-mounted and tabletop panels, which provide information on the history of beer brewing worldwide. Visitors can also play virtual games or sign in to Facebook or Twitter. YDreams Brazil has also designed automated teller machines that take biometric readings of the veins on a user's palm, instead of asking for a passcode, and virtual-reality headsets.
