(DGO), up 1.5 cents to 17 cents on 1.07 million shares, is "looking at the land packages" in the Windfall Lake region of Quebec that are being offered to it by their owners. Ms. Kiesman, president and chief executive officer, says her company remains a firm believer in the favourable geology of the region and in the possibility of the regional gold discoveries being pervasive throughout the region. She points out that Durango has been "positioned for discovery in the area since 2010," and it is "working conscientiously" to bring additional value to its shareholders as the district heats up. (Durango has taken up many positions in recent years, although discoveries are slow to arrive. The something-for-everybody company is touting limestone in British Columbia, silver in Saskatchewan, gold in Ontario, and gold, graphite and lithium on properties in Quebec.)
