Robert Giustra's Columbus Gold Corp. (CGT), down one cent to 87 cents on 899,000 shares, is acquiring the Castle gold project, immediately south of its Eastside project in Nevada. Columbus has agreed to issue 1.5 million shares to the vendor, Seabridge Gold Inc. (SEA: $12.75), and another 250,000 shares to Platoro West, the underlying lessor of the project.
