TDB SPLIT CORP. REGULAR MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR CLASS A & PREFERRED SHARE

TDb Split Corp. has declared a regular monthly distribution of five cents for each Class A share (60 cents annually) and 4.375 cents for each preferred share (52.5 cents annually). The distributions are payable on May 10, 2019, to shareholders of record as at April 30, 2019.

Since inception, Class A shareholders have received a total of $5.90 per share and preferred shareholders have received a total of $6.16 per share, inclusive of this distribution, for a combined total of $12.06.

TDb Split invests in common shares of Toronto-Dominion Bank, a leading Canadian financial institution.
