EXETER PROVIDES UPDATE ON 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Exeter Resource Corp.'s previously scheduled and announced annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on Thursday, June 22, 2017, is cancelled in anticipation of the expiration on June 20, 2017, of the offer by Goldcorp Inc. to acquire 100 per cent of the common shares of the company.
