M SPLIT CORP. MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARED FOR CLASS I PREFERRED SHARES

M Split Corp. has declared a monthly distribution of 3.125 cents per share (37.5 cents annually) for Class I preferred shareholders. The Class I preferred share dividends are paid at an annual rate of 7.5 per cent, based on the $5 notional issue price. The distribution is payable on May 10, 2019, to shareholders of record as at April 30, 2019.
