The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the final tranche filing of a non-brokered private placement for Ximen Mining Corp. announced Dec. 23, 2014, Jan. 29, 2015, and March 31, 2015:

Number of shares:  1.15 million shares

Purchase price:  15 cents per share

Warrants:  1.15 million share purchase warrants to purchase 1.15 million shares

Warrant exercise price:  25 cents for a two-year period

Placee:  one
