CHINOOK ANNOUNCES DUAL LISTING ON THE FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE
Chinook Tyee Industry Ltd.'s Class A voting common shares will be listed for trading on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange, also known as Borse Frankfurt, under the trading symbol C4T (WKN:
A12DYZ, ISIN: CA16961T2083). The market-maker representing Chinook in Germany is Baader
Bank AG.
"Europe is set to become the world's largest legal cannabis market over the next five years as it is
home to more than 740 million people, a population more than double that of the U.S. and Canada
combined," according to Alex Blodgett, chief executive officer of Chinook. "Our Frankfurt Stock Exchange listing
will increase our exposure among German and European investors as Chinook makes further
investments and acquisitions related to the European medical cannabis industry."
