CHINOOK ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS

Dr. Stefan Feuerstein, Alex Blodgett, Claudio Morandi and Ken MacLeod were elected to the board of directors at the company's shareholder meeting.

Dr. Feuerstein, who is also managing director of AMP Alternative Medical Products GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, was appointed president while Mr. Blodgett was appointed chief executive officer of the company.
