CHINOOK ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF SHARE SPLIT

Chinook Tyee Industry Ltd. has completed its three-for-one share split, previously announced on Nov. 16, 2018, and Dec. 6, 2018, of Chinook's Class A voting common shares. Chinook previously had 3,405,932 common shares issued and outstanding and, after completion of the share split, now has 10,217,796 common shares outstanding.
