The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of a property option agreement dated Sept. 26, 2014, between Westkam Gold Corp. and Ladasa Investments Inc. (Gerald Wittenberg) whereby the issuer may acquire a 1.66-per-cent interest in seven mining concessions covering an area of approximately 2,217 hectares known as the Bonaparte property, located in district of Kamloops, B.C.

The consideration payable to the optionor is 2.25 million common shares of the issuer.
