WESTJET ENCORE REACHES UNIQUE AGREEMENT WITH CABIN CREW MEMBERS

WestJet Airlines Ltd.'s WestJet Encore and cabin crew members have reached an evergreen agreement.

The agreement was designed to address key concerns and feedback collected and brought forward by the WestJet Cabin Crew Association representing WestJet Encore CCMs. The agreement covers work rules, compensation (including guaranteed minimum hours), and career progression and guarantees a continuing annual review of the contract.

The agreement began Jan. 1, 2018.
