The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a series seed preferred stock investment agreement dated Nov. 1, 2018, between the company and Circle Medical Clinic Inc., whereby the company has acquired 274,112 shares in the capital of Circle Medical Clinic in consideration of $199,999.52 (U.S.).
