VRX WORLDWIDE ANNOUNCES PAYMENT OF FINDER'S FEES

Further to VRX Worldwide Inc.'s news releases dated April 15, 2014, and April 24, 2014, the company has issued an additional 160,000 finder warrants and has paid an additional cash finder's fee of $8,000 in connection with its recent private placement of units at an offering price of five cents per unit.

Each finder warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of 10 cents for a period of 12 months and is subject to a statutory hold period expiring on Nov. 22, 2014.
