VANADIUMCORP. ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER
The B.C. Securities Commission, as principal
regulator, has revoked a cease trade order previously issued on June 11, 2018, to Vanadiumcorp Resource Inc.
The CTO was issued for failure to file a technical report completed in accordance with National
Instrument 43-101. A technical report has now been filed and is available for review under the
company's profile at SEDAR.
The company also intends to apply to the TSX Venture Exchange for reinstatement of trading of the
company's common shares.
