VODIS USA, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

Vodis Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s Vodis USA Inc. has appointed Roy Lentz to its board of directors, effective immediately. With this appointment, the board of directors now consists of Mr. Lentz, David Otto and Plamen Ovagemov.

Mr. Lentz is the president and chief executive officer of Lentz & Associates Inc., a full-service public accounting firm in Bellingham, Wash. He is a graduate of Western Washington University with a BA in accounting. Mr. Lentz has over 30 years of experience working with individuals and small businesses to provide accounting and tax preparation services as well as dispute resolution with the Internal Revenue Service. Currently, he specializes in personal and small business accounting and tax return preparation, as well as international taxation issues for U.S. citizens abroad and for non-residents of the United States with U.S. income.

Mr. Otto is the founding managing partner of Martin Davis PLLC. He received his BA from Harvard University and his JD from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Otto has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. He is also a general partner of Reflective Venture Partners, a blockchain technology fund.

Mr. Ovagemov is the current president of Vodis USA, in addition to his role on the board of directors. He has been with Vodis USA since its founding, serving as the company's treasurer. Mr. Ovagemov took on the additional role of president earlier this year.
