SOMEDIA ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT

SoMedia Networks Inc., subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, will be settling a total of $79,328 of indebtedness owed to certain arm's-length creditors through the issuance of a total of 440,711 units at a price of 18 cents per unit, whereby each unit consists of one common share and one-quarter of one warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at a price of 25 cents per common share for a period of two years from the date of issuance. All common shares issued to settle the debt will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
