Vista Gold Corp. will list an additional 10.75 million shares at the open on Aug. 8, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The TSX reports the listing will cover shares to be issued under an offering of 10.75 million units at $1.40 (U.S.) per unit. As stated in the company's Aug. 2, 2016, prospectus supplement to its July 10, 2014, short form prospectus, each unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable at $1.92 (U.S.) per share for 36 months following the closing of the offering. According to the TSX, the warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
