VISTA GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Vista Gold Corp. has released the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, in Vancouver, B.C.

In total, 55,663,732 common shares in the capital of the company were represented at the meeting, being 67.25 per cent of the common shares. Detailed results for the ballot votes are shown in the accompanying table.
