VATIC TO ISSUE SHARES FOR DEBT

Subject to regulatory approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, Vatic Ventures Corp. will issue shares for debt. On receipt of regulatory approval, the company will issue a total of 793,757 common shares at a price of 7.5 cents per share to settle a total debt of $59,531.77 to two parties. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
