VATIC VENTURES CORP. ANNOUNCES $750,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Subject to regulatory approvals, Vatic Ventures Corp. will conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units at a price of 7.5 cents per unit to raise proceeds of up to $750,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, with each full unit warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of 10 cents per share for 24 months from closing. The funds from the financing will be used for general corporate purposes. Finders' fees on the financing may be paid in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
