TWEED MARIJUANA INC. STRENGTHENS INVESTOR COMMUNICATIONS BY ENGAGING INVESTOR RELATIONS FIRM

Tweed Marijuana Inc. has retained Renmark Financial Communications Inc. to provide investor relations services on behalf of the company. Renmark Financial is a Toronto-based capital markets communications firm providing a full range of services to help public companies increase their visibility, manage investor expectations, and broaden and strengthen investor relationships.

"With the number of start-up companies in this industry, the transparency, credibility and interest our public listing generates with our stakeholders is invaluable," said Bruce Linton, chairman and interim chief executive officer of Tweed. "Retaining a company like Renmark Financial will serve to enhance our investor relations and will facilitate faster and more accessible communications with both current and prospective shareholders."

Renmark Financial acts at arm's length to Tweed and does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in the company or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest.

The appointment of Renmark Financial remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
