Pursuant to a resolution passed by directors on Jan. 22, 2018, Telson Resources Inc. has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, the common shares of Telson Mining Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Telson Resources Inc. will be delisted.
