TASMAN COMMENCES TRADING ON THE OTCQB

Tasman Metals Ltd.'s common shares commenced trading on the OTCQB under the symbol TASIF effective at the market open on Friday, Feb. 5, 2016. Tasman's common shares continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TSM.

Tasman's shares were delisted from the New York Stock Exchange prior to the start of trading today following an announcement by the company on Jan. 15, 2016, of its intention to voluntarily delist from the NYSE.
