James Dines, writing in a July 25, 2014, issue of The Dines Letter, says buy Tasman Metals Ltd. at $1.14. He recommended buying the stock six times between March 5, 2010, and Oct. 25, 2013, at prices ranging from 65 cents to $3.90. An investment of $1,000 for each of the six buys would now be worth $5,286. The edtitor mentions Tasman only briefly in this issue, saying that activity in the raw materials sector is beginning to pick up. Rare earths have yet to come back into their own, he notes, pointing to the stock chart of Tasman, which is at the start of an uptrend. The stock has climbed from 90 cents in June. Elsewhere in the newsletter, Mr. Dines says "new Fedhead" Janet Yellen recently decided to reduce money printing by a teenie-weenie $10-billion. In an economy of trillions of dollars, the editor says this is an irrelevance wrapped in a triviality, signifying nothing; "A splendid example of a grimly determined mosquito lunging toward an elephant with lust in its eyes!"
