TARANIS RESOURCES INC. COMPLETES DEBT SETTLEMENTS

Taranis Resources Inc. has completed the debt settlement agreements announced on Dec. 11, 2014, pursuant to which $97,516.35 of indebtedness has been satisfied by the issuance of 1,950,327 common shares issued at a deemed price of five cents per share, all of which are subject to a hold period in Canada until April 16, 2015.
