The TSX Venture Exchange accepts for filing documentation pursuant to an agreement of purchase and sale dated July 31, 2014, between 3MV Energy Corp. and an arm's-length oil and gas producing company. The company will form a joint venture with the purchaser, whereby the purchaser will invest $5-million for a 50-per-cent working interest in the Fiske assets of the company.
