The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing 3MV Energy Corp.'s proposal to issue a total of 761,560 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 25 cents per share to three non-arm's-length parties for legal and consulting services and an additional 10,723,882 common share units at a deemed price of 25 cents per unit to settle various debt obligations to the company's service providers. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of 50 cents for a period of 18 months from closing.
