TIMMINS GOLD TO COMMENCE TRADING ON NYSE AMEX ON NOVEMBER 4, 2011

Timmins Gold Corp. has been approved to list its common shares on the NYSE Amex beginning on Nov. 4, 2011, under the ticker symbol TGD. The company will continue to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TMM.
