The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Technical Ventures RX Corp.'s CPC information circular dated Aug. 29, 2014, for the purpose of mailing to shareholders and filing on SEDAR.

Remain halted -- qualifying transaction

Further to the exchange's bulletin dated April 22, 2013, trading in the shares of the company will remain halted pending closing of the qualifying transaction announced on May 14, 2013, July 25, 2013, Oct. 31, 2013, Feb. 24, 2014, and March 10, 2014.
