TOROMONT TO ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER 2019 RESULTS ON MAY 2 AND HOLD ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON MAY 3, 2019

Toromont Industries Ltd. will release its first quarter 2019 results after market close on Thursday, May 2, 2019.

Analysts, members of the media and other interested parties are invited to participate in a teleconference and audio webcast on Friday, May 3, 2019, at 8 a.m. ET to discuss the financial results and operating highlights. The conference call will begin with a brief address by Scott J. Medhurst, president and chief executive officer, and Paul R.
