TERAGO INC. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

TeraGo Inc.'s nominees listed in the management information circular for the company's 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders were each either elected or re-elected as directors of TeraGo.

Amongst the directors, TeraGo welcomes newly elected director Laurel Buckner to its board. Ms. Buckner is currently senior vice-president and managing director of ATN Ventures, the corporate venture capital group of ATN International, a U.S. publicly traded investment company, based in Beverly, Mass. She currently serves as a member of the board of both Fireminds, a cloud service company in Bermuda, and Ahana Renewables, a renewable energy company based in San Francisco, Calif. Prior to founding ATN Ventures, Ms. Buckner created and ran the corporate venture investing group at GCI, Alaska's largest communications provider. Ms. Buckner has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance as she was previously a lead M&A attorney at Dell and the corporate secretary and general counsel of SonicWALL, a network security company based in San Jose. She began her career at the law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle, Wash. Ms. Buckner holds a bachelor of arts in comparative literature from Colorado College with distinction, a juris doctor from the University of Denver and an LLM in taxation from the University of Washington.

Matthew Gerber, chair of the board, commented: "I'd like to extend a warm welcome to Laurel Buckner, who will be a great addition to the board with her varied experiences and most impressive skill set. On that same note, the rest of the board and I send our gratitude and appreciation to the Honourable Jerry Grafstein, who will be retiring today from the board after 17 years of service as a director of TeraGo. We thank him for his long-term service, leadership and substantial contributions."

Antonio (Tony) Ciciretto, president and chief executive officer of TeraGo, added: "We look forward to Laurel's contributions to the board given her relevant experiences and thank Jerry Grafstein for his dedication and unwavering support to the company for so many years. He will surely be missed, and we wish him all the best."

Detailed results of the votes by proxy for the election of directors held on June 14, 2018, as well as the other matters voted at the meeting, are as set out in the attached table.
