TRANSEASTERN POWER TRUST CONFIRMS QUARTERLY UNIT DISTRIBUTION

Transeastern Power Trust has confirmed its quarterly distribution of 2.21 cents per unit. The distribution will be paid on Jan. 15, 2015, in respect of the period from and including Oct. 1, 2014, to Dec. 31, 2014, to unitholders of record on Dec. 31, 2014.
