THOMPSON CREEK METALS COMPANY ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND APPROVAL OF OTHER PROPOSALS

Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. shareholders at the company's 2015 annual and special meeting held earlier today elected each of the director nominees named in the proxy statement. Those elected will serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders to be held in 2016, based on the voting results in the table.
