As previously disclosed in the annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Sept. 30, 2015, which was filed on Dec. 29, 2015, the audited financial statements for the year ended Sept. 30, 2015, included in the Form 10-K, contained a going-concern qualification paragraph in the audit opinion from its independent registered public accounting firm.
