SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. EXTENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Solarvest Bioenergy Inc. has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the duration of its private placement announced on Nov. 1, 2018. As a result, subject to regulatory approval, the closing date will now be on or about Jan. 16, 2019.
