SUNCOR ENERGY INCREASES DIVIDEND

Suncor Energy Inc.'s board of directors has approved an increase in the company's quarterly dividend to 28 cents per share on its common shares, from the previous level of 23 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Sept. 25, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 4, 2014.
