Mr. Ugo Landry-Tolszczuk reports

SRG OFFICIALLY BEGINS ITS FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE LOLA GRAPHITE PROJECT

SRG Graphite Inc. has launched its work on the feasibility study in partnership with Montreal-based Met-Chem, a division of DRA Americas Inc. The positive outcome of the company's preliminary economic assessment study, along with the strong fundamentals for graphite and energy metals, gives confidence in the future prospects of the Lola graphite project. To complement DRA, SRG has also contracted serval consultants with specific competencies related to the feasibility study. In many cases, fieldwork has already begun and is continuing. More details on the fieldwork will be provided in future press releases as work is completed.

"The feasibility study is an important step forward in the development of the Lola graphite project as we move closer and closer to construction," said Raphael Beaudoin, PEng, vice-president of operations, metallurgy and process design, "we have assembled a highly qualified team of experts to complete the study in Q2 2019."

DRA was selected to lead the feasibility study, with Silvia Del Carpio, PEng, MBA, nominated as project manager. DRA is well recognized for its capabilities in mining and mineral processing. DRA has a talented team of engineering, technical and project management personnel with relevant project experience in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa and India.

"We are delighted to continue working with SRG," said Daniel Gagnon, Eng, senior vice-president, mining, geology and met-chem operations, "we have been involved in the Lola project since early stages and we look forward to draw upon our experience in Africa to deliver value to SRG."

Remote Site Logistics (RSL), a British firm with strong expertise in West African logistics and particularly in Guinea, was selected to complete the study and implementation of construction, and operations importation along with concentrate export logistics. Mr. Brown of RSL has worked as supply chain manager for Tullow Oil and Hyperdynamics, where he was responsible for the implementation of logistics for deepwater exploration oil wells off Guinea and Mauritania.

SGS Canada (Lakefield) was selected for the metallurgy testwork, flowsheet validation, piloting testwork and for bulk concentrate production. Oliver Peters, a recognized specialist in graphite, is responsible for the feasibility testwork at SGS Canada for the project.

Epoch Resources was selected for the design of the tailing storage facility. Operating from offices in South Africa, Epoch Resources is a leading service provider with more than 50 years of combined experience in the fields of environmental and mining waste management. Its mandate is to assess the terrain and find a suitable location and appropriate method for tailings disposal. Following this assessment, it will provide the detailed design of the tailing pond.

Mine Design Engineering (MDEng) provides services in geomechanics to assist those in the mining and civil engineering industries. MDEng was selected to assist in mine design and engineering. Its first mandate is to design and supervise a soil and rock sampling campaign to determine the stability of the future mine walls.

Sahara Natural Resources (SNR) is an African specialist in exploration and mining. SNR was selected for both geotechnical fieldwork and studies for civil engineering and hydrogeology. Its mandate is to evaluate the ground stability and properties at the selected plant location, as well as to understand the underground water systems to support mine design.
