SRG GRAPHITE FILES NI 43-101 TECHNICAL REPORT FOR PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED LOLA GRAPHITE DEPOSIT MAIDEN MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE
SRG Graphite Inc. has filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report supporting the initial resource estimate for its 100-per-cent-owned Lola graphite deposit located in the Republic of Guinea, as reported in SRG's news release dated Dec. 22, 2017.
The maiden mineral resource estimate includes a pit-constrained indicated resource of 4.0 million tonnes grading 5.7 per cent graphitic carbon and an inferred resource of 4.6 Mt grading 6.5 per cent Cg, using a cut-off grade of 3.0 per cent Cg. Mineral resources were based on 172 boreholes for 4,936 metres drilled prior to the reference date of Sept. 30, 2017.
The NI 43-101 technical report was prepared by consultant Ghislain Deschenes, PGeo, of Montreal-based Met-Chem, a division of DRA Americas Inc. Mr. Deschenes is a qualified person, independent of SRG Graphite, within the meaning of NI 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects of the Canadian Securities Administrators.
The Lola graphite project is under the direct supervision of Marc-Antoine Audet, PGeo, and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
