STINA RESOURCES INCREASES FINANCING

Further to the announcement on March 13, 2017, Stina Resources Ltd. is increasing its non-brokered private placement from $680,000 to $880,000 through the sale of up to 11 million units at eight cents.

This private placement is subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
